Integrations

PaySlate keeps its integration surface small and deep: six payment gateways, clean WooCommerce coexistence, and accounting exports on Pro. Stripe and Square ship with the free plugin. Pro adds four more.

Payments

Stripe: cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Link via Stripe Checkout. Square: card payments through the Square Web Payments SDK, ideal if Square already runs your point-of-sale. Toggle between them in Settings; webhooks keep invoice status in sync either way.

More gateways on Pro

PayPal: the button your clients already recognize, and the only route to Venmo in the United States. Checkout.com: enterprise-grade card processing with wide international method support.

Paddle and Lemon Squeezy go further: both act as merchant of record, selling on your behalf and taking on EU VAT and US sales tax registration, filing and remittance. If you invoice across borders, that is the difference between a tax return and no tax return.

Commerce

WooCommerce: not required, but respected. If WooCommerce is present, PaySlate reuses its country list and any existing Stripe or Square configuration instead of making you set things up twice.

Accounting (Pro)

PaySlate Pro exports invoice and payment data for QuickBooks and Xero, so tax season is a download, not a re-keying exercise. See pricing.
